Pretty sure I went to this show with my then girlfriend Enid, but I am not sure. This was the “Flick of the Switch” tour, and Fastway was the opening act (a most forgettable band; only when I saw the name online when looking up the setlist did I have a glimmer of recollection).
Anyway, not much I need to say about this show. It was AC/DC in the early 80’s. They were loud, high-energy, and totally kicked ass. I’ll let the setlist speak for itself.

I missed the boat on this tour! That setlist is Sick. On the AC/DC Plug Me In DVD release one of the shows from the video is from Houston from the Flick Tour. Its so good when Malcolm and Angus lock horns on there guitars on the track Flick of the Switch is so evil sounding its just simply the best!

Oh man, I would have love to see them back then. Surprised not to see “You Shook Me All Night Long” on the set list. Still, must have been a heck of a show.

Yeah, I was surprised too. Actual memory is a little fuzzy (ha ha). It was a while ago. But according to the stats I saw online, they played it sometimes, but not always on that tour. Regardless, a killer concert. Thanks for stopping by, and have a great weekend!
